My Favorite Episodes of Friends

Friends is one of my favorite shows! And I know I’m not alone in saying that. Friends has so many great episodes filled with funny moments, serious moments, weird moments, sweet moments…but above all, it’s a show that makes people laugh.

I love every episode, but there are certain ones that I watch over and over. Some are just classics, but some are more under the radar. If you haven’t seen a lot of Friends, check out some of the episodes below and see what you’ve been missing! If you already love it, take a look and reminisce!

–The Pilot (S1 E1)
Rachel runs into Central Perk in a wedding dress, and the adventures of the beloved group of friends begins.

–The One with All the Poker (S1 E18)
A fun episode with competition between the guys and the girls.

— The One with the Prom Video (S2 E14)
A classic. So cute, sweet, and funny. This is an episode I’ve seen more than any other.

–The One with the Two Parties (S2 E22)
Rachel has to keep her divorced parents separate at her birthday celebration, so two parties unfold and everyone works hard to make sure Rachel’s parents don’t figure it out.

–The One Where No One’s Ready (S3 E2)
Could also be known as the one where Joey puts on all of Chandler’s clothes.

–The One Where Rachel Quits (S3 E10)
Chandler encourages Rachel to quit her waitressing job so that she gets “the fear” and will pursue her dreams of having a career in fashion. She quickly regrets it and asks Chandler why he doesn’t quit his unfulfilling job: “Because I’m too afraid.”

–The One with the Embryos (S4 E12)
Another classic. A game show competition (with the apartment at stake!) with Rachel and Monica on one team, Chandler and Joey on the other, and Ross hosting.

–The One with All the Rugby (S4 E15)
Ross plays rugby in order to impress Emily. It doesn’t go too well.

–The One with All the Wedding Dresses (S4 E20)
Monica picks up Emily’s wedding dress and ends up having a lot of fun with it.

–The One with All the Kissing (S5 E2)
Chandler is forced to kiss Phoebe and Rachel every time he leaves the room after accidentally kissing Monica in front of everybody.

–The One with All the Resolutions (S5 E11)
Ross goes on a date while wearing tight leather pants. It doesn’t go too well.

–The One with Rachel’s Inadvertent Kiss (S5 E17)
Rachel has a very, very awkward job interview.

–The One with the Ball (S5 E21)
The gang throws around a ball without dropping it. I don’t know why I like this episode so much!

–The One Where Joey Loses His Insurance (S6 E4)
Ross starts talking to his students with a British accent. It doesn’t go too well.

–The One with the Apothecary Table (S6 E11)

–The One with All the Cheesecakes (S7 E11)
Chandler and Rachel become obsessed with cheesecakes that are mistakenly delivered to their door.

–The One with the Creepy Holiday Card (S8 E11)
I just LOVE Ross in this episode. His interactions with Mona are hilarious.

–The One with the Secret Closet (S8 E14)
Chandler and the audience finally finds out what’s in the closet in the corner of his and Monica’s apartment!

–The One in Masspequa (S8 E18)
At a fancy dinner party, Ross and Rachel have to pretend to be married, and the results are sweet and give their fans some hope.

–The One with Phoebe’s Birthday Dinner (S9 E5)
Everyone is late to Phoebe’s birthday dinner.

–The One with Ross’s Inappropriate Song (S9 E7)

–The One with the Mugging (S9 E15)
Phoebe finally finds a connection to the group that goes back to their childhood.

–The One Where Ross is Fine (S10 E2)
If you haven’t seen Ross, drunk off of margaritas, deliver a monologue about how fine he is with Joey and Rachel dating…it’s worth watching.

–The One with Ross’s Tan (S10 E3)
Turns out Ross didn’t learn anything from his teeth whitening incident, and he goes to get a spray tan. And as we know by now… it doesn’t go too well.

–The One with Phoebe’s Wedding (S10 E12)
This is a sweet episode. Phoebe gets married in a beautiful, snowy ceremony.

–The One with Princess Consuela (S10 E14)
Phoebe decides to legally change her name, but has a lot of fun when she realizes that she can change it to literally anything she wants.

That’s it for this list but of course I could name many more great Friends episodes that I consider favorites. Thanks for reading!
